You may cancel your Rental order up to 1 business day before your chosen ship date by logging into your Account here.
After your SNOO ships, you can cancel your SNOO rental subscription by logging into your Account here on the Return tab.
Once you receive your SNOO Rental, a Return tab will appear on your dashboard. Click there to begin initiating your return. Remember, while SNOO rentals may be returned at any time, there’s a 1-month minimum rental for the Basic rental, a 2-month minimum rental term for the Newborn Special, and a 6-month minimum rental for the 6-Month Special.
We will email you a return label, or you can download it from your account after initiating the return.
Please carefully pack your bed using the original packaging (box + inserts) to better protect the product (do not include the SNOO Sacks, sheet, mattress, and printed materials—they're yours to keep). Take a few minutes to watch our helpful video on how to repack SNOO:
If you no longer have the original SNOO packaging to ship your SNOO back, you can purchase it on the SNOO Box tab. It will arrive 3–7 business days after you place your order.

Note: You are responsible for any damage to SNOO related to inadequate packaging. Use of packaging not approved by Happiest Baby—or improper use of packaging provided by Happiest Baby—may result in severe damage to the product during shipping.
