Why is there no sound coming from my SNOO?Updated 2 months ago
SNOO perfectly mimics the rough rumble of the womb and help babies drift off to dreamland. If there is no sound coming from your SNOO, please first check the Happiest Baby App under SNOO Settings > Volume and make sure that "No sound" is not selected for either Starting Level Volume or Soothing Volume. If the settings appear correct, please power off your SNOO, unplug the power cable from both the wall outlet and SNOO, and then plug it back in.
