What should I do if my SNOO is making unusual sounds or the sound stops unexpectedly?Updated 2 months ago
SNOO is specially engineered to perfectly mimic the soothing sounds of the womb. However, if you notice that your SNOO sound is breaking up, making unusual sounds, or there is no sound at all, please first check the SNOO settings in the Happiest Baby App and make sure that the "No Sound" option is not selected for either Starting Level Volume or Soothing Volume. If the settings appear correct, please power off your SNOO, unplug the power cable both from the wall and SNOO, and then plug it back in.
