If for some reason SNOO shows a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period of 1 year from the date of receipt of the product, please contact our Customer Care team and have your sales receipt, proof of purchase, and serial number on hand. If such a defect is discovered during the warranty period, we will, at our own discretion, repair or replace your product with just the cost of shipping spare parts or a new product.
Please note that this warranty is only valid for goods returned in the original country of purchase. The limited warranty is valid only and applicable for use in the United States, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, the EU, and Switzerland. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Using the product outside of the approved countries or purchasing it through an unauthorized reseller automatically voids the limited warranty and any other applicable warranties.
You are entitled to the Limited Warranty herein only as the original purchaser and user of the Product; which Product was purchased directly from HBI, or from one of its authorized resellers or distributors, in the United States, and used within the United States by you.
