Yes! Every Pre-Loved SNOO purchased from Happiest Baby comes with a 1-year warranty. If, for some reason, your Pre-Loved SNOO is not in good working condition during the 1-year warranty period, please contact our Customer Care team and have your sales receipt, proof of purchase, and serial number on hand. If such a defect is discovered during the warranty period, we will, at our own discretion, send a replacement.
Please note that this warranty is only valid for goods purchased and used in the United States. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
Our Pre-Loved SNOO warranty does not cover cosmetic defects (nicks and scuffs) nor defects due to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized repairs
- Improper usage, maintenance, storage, or cleaning that does not follow the instructions in our manual
