How does SNOO's 30-day trial work?Updated 12 days ago

Our SNOO Smart Sleeper ships to you for free and comes with a 30-day trial! If you decide you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving your SNOO, you may return it for a refund. You may also cancel your SNOO order up to 1 business day before SNOO ships. See Shipping & Returns Policies for details.

The carrier must scan all returns within 10 days of requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The refund will be canceled if the return is not postmarked within 10 days of the RMA request.

We understand all babies are unique, and we want nothing more than to help your little one get safer, better sleep. We’d love to give you additional support before you decide to return. Happiest Baby’s knowledgeable sleep consultants have guided many families to help their babies sleep soundly in SNOO!
