When you place your rental order, your credit card is charged the 1st rental fee (+ tax), a reconditioning fee (+ tax), and a refundable security deposit. (If you’ve used a discount code, the amount billed will be reduced accordingly.)
For our Basic rental, at the end of the first month’s rental, your card will automatically be charged the monthly rate (plus tax) until you cancel the rental. For our 6-Month Special rental, after your SNOO is delivered, you will not be charged again until you have completed your 6-month period. After 6 months, each subsequent month, you will be charged again until you return the rental.
Please note, there is a 1-month minimum rental term for the Basic rental and a 6-month minimum rental period for the 6-Month Special. The minimum rental period is final sale for all rental plans. The rental term begins the day SNOO is delivered.
You may cancel at any time by logging into your account and clicking Initiate Return. The term begins the day your SNOO delivers. We recommend sending your SNOO back at least 1 day before your next billing cycle to avoid the next payment.
Once your bed has been received and passed inspection, we will refund your security deposit.
