There is no specific reimbursement cap set by Happiest Baby or Truemed for the Premium Subscription. You may submit eligible subscription payments for reimbursement during the one-year validity period of your LMN.
The total amount reimbursed depends on:
The length of time your subscription remains active during the LMN validity window
Your available HSA/FSA balance
Your HSA/FSA administrator’s reimbursement policies
