To use your HSA/FSA funds, you’ll first need a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). You can apply directly within the Happiest Baby App (within Account Settings —> Subscription) by completing the eligibility survey powered by Truemed.
If approved, you’ll receive your LMN by email along with instructions for submitting your Premium Subscription receipts to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement. Your LMN is valid for one year from the date it’s issued.
If you already have a SNOO LMN, you can use that same LMN for your App subscription—no need to apply for a separate one.
You may submit receipts monthly, in batches, or all at once—whatever works best for you, as long as your HSA/FSA account remains open.
