Yes! If you already have an active Premium Subscription, you can complete the eligibility survey in the Happiest Baby App. Once approved and issued a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN), you may begin submitting eligible subscription payments for reimbursement moving forward.
Your LMN will be valid for one year from the date it’s issued. Be sure to complete your LMN application within 24 hours of your billing date for best alignment.
