How do I cancel my paid Premium Subscription?Updated 12 days ago

You can manage or cancel your paid Happiest Baby App Premium Subscription at any time. 

From the App:

  1. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
  2. Under Account Settings, tap Subscription.
  3. Tap Manage Subscription.

Follow the prompts.

From the App Store:

Apple/iOS:

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Tap your profile photo.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap the Happiest Baby subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.


Google Play/Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
  3. Select Payments & subscriptions
  4. Tap Subscriptions
  5. Find the subscription you want to cancel and tap on it
  6. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts to confirm

Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled before the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you’ll continue to have Premium access through the end of your current paid period.

Please Note: Uninstalling the Happiest Baby App does not cancel your subscription!
