All orders that have a delayed delivery ship date can be modified or canceled up to 1 business day prior to your scheduled ship date. You can manage all aspects of your order, including modifications, status checks, and cancellations, directly through your Account. Please log in to your Account to make any requests related to your order.
If your order does not include a delayed delivery option, it will begin processing as soon as possible. Please check your Account to see whether modification or cancellation is still available. Once processing has started, changes are no longer possible.
If you don’t have an Account, you can create one using the email address associated with your order. This will allow you to view and manage your order history.
